Lavender is a particularly aromatic plant, with a penetrating sweet floral aroma with lemon and mint notes. Found in the well known French blend, herbes de Provence, as well as the Moroccan spice blend ras el hanout. Also a great addition to desserts or cocktails, as it easily infuses in cream.
Use sparingly in cooking, as it is very potent and can be overpowering.
Glass Jar: 180 ml, contains 3/4 cup.
Flat Pack: 4" x 6" x 2", contains 1/2 cup.
