Frozen Peach Bellini

Rim glass with Vanilla Stone Fruit Rim Sugar

3/4 cup frozen peaches

3/4 cup prosecco

1 oz. white rum

1 oz. simple syrup

Splash of peach juice

Slash of raspberry liquor

Blend all ingredients except raspberry liquor. Add ice as needed to get desired consistency. Pour in glass and top with raspberry liqueur.
