Rim glass with Hibiscus Berry Rim Sugar
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. lime juice
3 oz. rhubarb syrup
To make rhubarb syrup combine 2 cups rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 8 minutes. Strain and cool in refrigerator before using.
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and serve.
