Lime peel has an acidic tart, citrus flavour that brightens any dish. Does not have the same bitterness of fresh lime peel, and provides a convenient shelf-stable option. Made in the USA from a mix of West Indian limes, Mexican limes and key limes. Simply rehydrate in water before using.
Glass Jar: 180 ml, contains 3/4 cup.
