Quatre Épices translates from French to four spices, ours contains six but hear us out. Classically it has nutmeg, ginger, cloves and white pepper. We've added black peppercorns and Sri Lankan cinnamon, for added intrigue. Traditionally used in pates, sausages, game, ragouts and other slow-cooked meat dishes.
Please note some recipes will call for a sweet version of Quatre Épices which is different from this savoury blend.
This spice blend is handcrafted, in small batches using freshly ground, high-quality spices and herbs. Add the element of flavour with this artisanal seasoning mix.
