We use extra fine white sugar, which easily dissolves on berries or other fruit. Enhanced by the tart flavours of sumac and lime zest. Simply use on berries, or use on berries in dessert recipes to really bring forward their best flavour. Summer in a jar!

Lemon Sugar (120 mL jar)

Made with extra fine sugar, which easily dissolves our infused lemon sugar tastes like summer sunshine. Use it to perk up tea or iced tea, or get fancy and rim your lemonade glass. Also wonderful as a finishing sugar for baked goods, sweet treats, or fruit.

Autumn Apple Pie (180 mL jar)

Delicious and aromatic, this blend imparts a perfect sweet spice flavour to all things apple. Of course, this blend contains cinnamon, two varieties in fact, both Korintje and Saigon. Along with other warm spices like nutmeg and allspice. Use it in your next apple pie, tart, cobbler, galette, fritter, or cake! Also a great addition to waffle batter, french toast or any baked treat that could benefit from a little warm spice.

Zesty Chile Lime (180 mL jar)

An ode to our favourite commercial Mexican seasoning, but with a touch more complexity. The predominant flavour is mild chile spice, lime and salt. Delicious sprinkled on raw vegetables like cucumber, corn or jicama, as well as a variety of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, watermelon and papaya in particular. Also makes a great drink rimmer for spicy-sweet Mexican cocktails like margaritas or micheladas.
