Ancho chiles are dried poblano chiles, one of the most frequently used dried chiles in Mexican cooking. Mild and fruity with notes of tobacco, coffee and raisins and a slight heat. Indispensable in making Mexican moles.
Mild Heat: 4,000 to 9,000 Scoville Heat Units
Glass Jar: 120 ml, contains 1/2 cup.
