Toast 3 cups of unsalted cashews or other nuts at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, watching carefully to ensure they don’t burn. In a saucepan bring 1/4 cup of water, 5 tbsp of spice blend, and 1 tbsp of butter to a boil, stirring constantly. Add nuts, stir to coat, and simmer until no liquid remains. Spread nuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes until the coating is dry.
This spice blend is handcrafted, in small batches using freshly ground, high-quality spices and herbs. Add the element of flavour with this artisanal seasoning mix.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place away from heat.
