Traditionally used by French chefs not to impart flecks of colour into white sauces. White peppercorns are from the same vine as black peppercorns, but they are soaked in water to remove the black outer and then sun-dried. They offer a herbaceous note and earthy, mild heat that should not be overlooked. 

Glass Jar: 120 ml, contains 1/2 cup.
