This blend was inspired by the flavours of Ukrainian cuisine. The aroma is intended to transport you to a Ukrainian village. Great on vegetables, particularly root veggies, cabbage, and meats, particularly chicken. It's a versatile blend that you can use pretty much everywhere. I reach for it often to perk up soups. Think of it as baba's all-purpose secret spice.

Savoury Veggie Dip (180 mL jar)

Made with dehydrated veggies and other savoury ingredients, but also delicious as a dip or dressing for veggies. Serve with a platter of farmers’ market fresh vegetable crudité. The best way I can think to describe the flavour is pure umami deliciousness.

Greek Goddess (180 mL jar)

This gentle blend of herbs, onion, garlic and chile flakes adds savoury and herbal notes to classic Greek dishes. Add it to chicken, lamb, fish, roasted potatoes or mix with oil and red wine vinegar for a classic Greek salad dressing with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onion, olives, and feta.

Rocky Mountain Garlic (180 mL jar)

A truly all-purpose garlic-rich seasoning, that any level of home cook can utilize as their secret ingredient to bring great flavour to all dishes. Works wonderfully for grilling or roasting both meat and vegetables - mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini, etc. Or in simple applications like scrambled eggs or hashbrowns.
